It's typical and good for parents to take their time to investigate and choose the care provider who will be the best match for their child. That is my goal too. 

For that reason, I require no contract. However I do take the time to report to you about your child's progress and I sometimes recommend  "homework" the family can do to encourage even more progress.

If at any time I feel your child needs more professional help in addition to my services, I will make this recommendation because your child's welfare is my professional and personal concern.

My daily work with clients comes first, so when most of my time slots are full, I do not have any extra time to return phone calls. Therefore I apologize in advance if I do not return your call.

I regret there are only so many hours in the day--I would like to help every client who needs me, but sometimes my time slots fill up. When that happens I will be glad to put you on a waiting list--although people who need immediate services should contact another provider as soon as possible. And when not able to find a provider, please see your family doctor for advice.
